TERMS OF SERVICE AND DISCLAIMER

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Clients with open wounds, infections, or contagious nail/skin conditions on the treatment area
• Clients whose health conditions may be worsened by our services
• Clients who are rude, disrespectful, or disruptive to our staff or other guests

Special Health Considerations:

• Diabetic Clients: Please inform your technician before your service. For your safety, cutting services are not permitted.
• Allergy-Sensitive Clients: Please notify your technician prior to your appointment. Certain products or services may be restricted for your protection.

CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE

Your safety is our priority. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and sanitized between every service. We use the single-use pedicure jet system, opened fresh for each guest and disposed of after every use.

FACILITY & CHILDREN

Please supervise your children at all times. Our facility is not childproofed.

COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGES

We offer complimentary drinks, including alcoholic beverages for guests 21 and older (ID required). For safety reasons, alcohol is not served after 6:00 PM.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for services only
• Valid for one year from the date of purchase
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift certificates

PAYMENT

• We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover (with a valid ID). We do not accept checks or American Express.

PRICES

• All nail technicians are independent contractors. Urban Nails & Spa is not responsible for your pricing charges on your services.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Additional charges may apply for French tips, nail art, designs, and nail removal

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• All sales and services are final, no refunds on services or gift certificates
• Complimentary repairs are available for chipped, scratched, or mis-shaped nails if reported within 24 hours and scheduled within 5 days
• We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks. Appointments exceeding 4 weeks may require a new set
• If you are unsatisfied, please let us know during your service. Once you leave the salon, the service is considered accepted
